Refund policy

To request a replacement, Lulu Bouquet must be contacted within 48 hours of the delivery date. Bare in mind that flowers and plants are perishable. Proper care is required. No replacements will be made for any order should the recipient or sender not notify Lulu Bouquet within 2days of original delivery date. it is up to the managers to determine if your item is qualified for a return
